Who are we ?

At the helm of her establishments, Christelle embodies the soul of Bar du Moulin and Discopic, which she has passionately managed for over ten years. A graduate in hospitality and catering, specializing in food and beverage, she discovered Chamonix during her first season. Having come for the skiing, she found much more than just a resort: she fell in love with it. Captivated by the beauty of the mountains and the cosmopolitan energy of the valley, she decided to settle there and create her own world.

 

Today, Christelle welcomes her customers with warmth and enthusiasm, surrounded by two loyal teams. Behind her bar, she creates cocktails that are both inventive and refined—reflecting her expertise and sparkling personality. And when she's not mixing flavors, you'll often find her behind the turntables, alongside her DJs, keeping the Chamonix nights lively until dawn. Early risers might even spot her on the freshly snow-covered slopes or the surrounding trails, enjoying a moment of freedom before returning to the helm of her bars.
